Details of the course: what to expect
CultivateTM is a guided course that runs for a set 11-week period of time. The course consists of 11 modules, or one module per week. Each module will require around 1-3 hours, depending on how fast you prefer to learn and absorb new material. Post-module homework is included in the expected time to complete a module. We also provide additional resources that let you dig deeper into impact categories that you’re passionate about.
There are three optional live video events scheduled for the course, where participants can meet Kate and ask questions.
No grades are given. We only track completion rates for the course. You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course if you have successfully completed 85% or more of the CultivateTM course content and activities.

What if I can’t commit to a full 11-week course? Totally understandable. While the full course is more comprehensive, we also offer individuals the ability to purchase one-off modules of their choosing. You can buy those individual modules (think of them as stand-alone specific subject-matter courses) in the a la carte section.
